Shipping Policy

Every Holistic Bin order is carefully packed to protect the integrity of your supplements and powdered grocery products from warehouse to doorstep.

Order processing time

Orders are processed, quality-checked, and sealed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods (new product launches, sales, or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll notify you by email if your order is delayed.

Product integrity & packaging

All supplements and powdered grocery products are shipped in sealed, tamper-evident packaging. We use moisture-resistant materials and, where applicable, insulated packaging to maintain product quality during transit.

⚠️ Heat & humidity notice: During warmer months (May–September), certain powder-based products may be held briefly or shipped with protective packaging to prevent clumping or degradation. You'll be notified if this affects your order.

International shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location.

  • International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • Some supplements or powdered food products may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

You can also track your order at any time from your Holistic Bin account under Order History.

Subscription orders

Subscription orders are processed and shipped on your selected renewal cycle. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each shipment. Shipping fees for subscriptions follow the same rate table above.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at team@holisticbin.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll investigate and resolve it promptly.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Holistic Bin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
