5.Orders & pricing

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We are not responsible for pricing errors due to typographical or technical mistakes. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.

6.Subscriptions

Holistic Bin offers subscription options for select products. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

You may cancel or pause a subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
Subscription pricing may be adjusted with at least 14 days' advance notice.

7.Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Due to the consumable nature of supplements and powdered grocery products, all sales on opened items are final.

8.User conduct
