Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we gladly accept returns of new and unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

• new, unused, and in their original packaging.
• 30 days from the date of purchase.
• receipt and order number are required to process your return.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact our support team at team@holisticbin.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment.

Important Notes:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
• We do not accept returns on opened, used, or final sale items.
